How many days do I have to return the item?
We are committed to 100% customer satisfaction. But it depends on the terms and condition of the seller, If the return condition is acceptable, You may do so within 7 days of delivered item. Please ensure the item is intact and unused in the original packaging.
How do I return the item after i purchased?
To return the item that you bought in zambilk you need to contact the seller first and discuss with them, the seller has 48 hours to resolve the case, if you didn't hear from the seller after 48 hours then please contact zambilk's customer service team.
Can I request a return for a damaged item?
please note:
you may open the item infront of the delivery person before they leave your address to make sure if you have received the right item and is not damaged,
If your item is damaged or it's a wrong item then take photos of the damaged item and the package and send them to seller. Once the seller approved the return, then send the damaged item back to the seller's address.
Do I need to bear the return shipping charges?
All returns requested from the buyer will be paid by the buyer unless if the seller offers free return.
What type of refund will I receive?
Refunds will be awarded in the same mode of payment in which the original order was purchased.
When will I receive my refund?
As soon as the seller receives your item, we will inspect and initiate a refund. You may receive a refund 7 days from the time of receipt of the request.
Will my refund include shipping costs?
For free return, you will receive the entire order amount.if the seller didn't offer free return, we will deduct the shipping cost before initiating the refund.
